- came to the Squadron in February 1942 as a W/Ag and flew 5
ops in Hampdens, 1 Manchester and 1 Lancaster in this position. Then, for some unknown reason, he became the Air Bomber on Neil Green's Lancaster crew and flew a further 23 ops to complete his tour. Posted out 4/43. (Information via John Ward) |
