| In the late afternoon of Tuesday
11th November, Sgt Pilot Keith Bryant was detailed to ferry X3135
over to Dunholme Lodge. The pilot took along 2 members of the
ground crew, LAC Andrew Wilson and AC2 Walter Fulcher. The Hampden
was seen to make a steep left hand turn before crashing into
the ground at Hackthorn Hall, north east of Scampton aerodrome;
