Kerr Drinnan who died this July. F/Sgt Drinnan was shot down
and became a PoW following a raid on Kassel in October 1943.

1950s recently died in Jersey. In this document
he recalls two highly entertaining stories of an eccentric
'one handed' pilot with a passion for dropping hand grenades
out of the cockpit and the story of an irate rhino escaping a
bombing raid of Mau Mau hideouts.
