The crew of Lancaster ED764 (467 Sqn)

This Lancaster took off from Bottesford at 2146hrs. It was shot down by Lt Peter Erhardt of II.NJG5 and crashed near Greifswald. Five crew escaped and were made POW. It is believed that this Lancaster was a victim of the upward firing "Schräge Musik".
